i have a problem with first change class but kameal male...i have take from npc in gludo the gwain raccomandation but when i ask qith npc for change it want the raccomandation...can you check it ty

what npc you try to change class at? i had this problem before, i not remeber where i went, i only remeber npc didnt change my class and at the end i found out i need go to other npc in other town, i sorry i not remeber details where i went /:
