hi , on some of my old chars when i switch to retail low lvl with high grade stuff i got , grade penality but if i remove all stuff or i put a correct one , penality isnt removed
fix it pls
Remove your tattoos and check if you still have on your passive skills a tattoo icon and say here.
yesturday i exp my char and penality go away !
