Terriory Wars will work? I heard that no? So meaby some other wat to get Cloak? But plx not Donny.

Meh, u need 4 weeks to finish quest, but since tw aint working, u will need like years...

I also wear dynasty, and I can use only this cape. I though it would be available on castles, but they dont. We have S84 at castles, but we dont have S80.

Maybe this could be a simple solution. Put S80 cloak on castles.

Yeah put them at castle track on all servers, or make them available by fame points at same npc ( quest ) instead of territory war.Consider this. ;)

Pffff got cloak from caste S84 but i play on Inspector so max 80 qq. Grade penalty and many critical error when i wear it.
