all works coretly just a bit is changed transfer cl.
U should send request and accept that
In last week i change cl 3 times and all works ok
and how do i accept that? if is not to much to ask :D

Clan Leadership Transfer
A clan leader may transfer their rights to other clan members. The leader must request the clan leader transfer from an NPC who is in charge of clan activities. The new clan leader will assume their new role during the next regularly scheduled maintenance time (10:30 CDT on Tuesdays). (The clan leader transfer should still be completed even when the server is down unexpectedly.) A clan leader transfer may be cancelled anytime prior to the regular maintenance time.

When active leader send request try also "send request" on char who will be new leader and write your nick.
Then u see stupid window but ignore that.
I change leader in last time 11 times and all works coretly.
BTW: now u need w8 somthing about +/-6h to get leader on new char

I tried it and its working , i really dont know why you are expressing this error :(

Well I have try lots of time, friend log and transfer me CL but i have never got a screen to accept CL like u said, so dunno whats going on :S
Steps
1) i went to Temple of Giran, and asked priest to "Delegate CL"
2) i wrote the name into the window
3) then it says to wait till Tuesday to make CL transfer,
done that a few times and never change CL :(

If its u talk with me today, tell romorow it it works.
If not i test on me clan
yeah it was me, :d ill tell ya tomorrow if it worked, :D thnx a lot for it :D
its write tuesday cos its "off like" setting, actualy u need to delegate new CL and wait for server restart
after restart CL will be changed its work well
