WTF will you ever fix this /? how is possbile even to fail from 0 to 1 ????

Its not 100%, its 99% so still have chance 1% to fail!!!

Yea but try enchant if you will have 1% chance for success. 1% for succes vs 1% for fail are not the same on that serwer.
