There was topic like this but Track is very active last time so i have hope he will fix at least that bug.

i bet they can't make 3rd class quest 2nd time for same class
This was wc/bd (on hb). Now it has new retail (wc) and cant take third class q (saga of doomcryer) after Gracia update.

so in hellbound you made also wc as retail + 3rd prof then subed on bd, right? if you subed wc with new system and got bd with 3rd proffesion i recommend you now in gracia instead of 1st retail wc make bd +3rd prof then sub it on wc (ofc if that is what you want - wc/bd), i think it should solve your problem
only 1 thing is " - " here that you have to exp retail again
