All NEW chars made after Gracia Final have problem with this not oly sws or sr
inclusive KAMAEL :)
So to not make confizion i will explain it on more details:
Ex1:
Soul breaker made BEFORE Gracia have pasive skil: boost atac speed lvl 1
Soul breaker made AFTER Gracia have pasive skil: DONT HAVE :)

Ex2:
Silver Ranger made BEFORE Gracia will have pasive skils: critical chance level 2 , boost attack speed level 1, critical power level 1
Silver Ranger made AFTER Gracia will have pasive skils: critical chance level 1

In other words we have same chars (class) walking around in same time (now in Gracia Final) with better passive skills or worse depending if the char was made before or after update of Gracia Fianal.
Ps: this is for Drake; Track i am sure has seen this already :)
