i gonna ask you somthink , since i've become lvl 85 , my recharge is lower ( i recharge for 92 mana with clarity and mana gain buff)
and before that , i recharged for 233
like subject say, is it normal or its a bug?

hm... I wonder if it depends on who you were recharging? were you recharging someone much lower level than you?
if you recharge target that is higher than your recharge skill learn lvl, your recharge power drops.
enchanting recharge increases recharge skill learn lvl
example: recharge +0 vs lvl 74 target = full power
recharge +30 vs lvl 74 target = full power
recharge +0 vs lvl 85 target = lose power a lot
recharge +10 power vs lvl 85 target = lose power a little
etc....
