interisting S84 items i cant test them on lvl less then 80 but i tryed on 80 lvl retail and istill can use them w/o penalty

its rly nice bug dont change it :) much ppl wana test new items on chars lvl 80 :)
Client side problem, this sets should be able to use on lvl 80.
We gonna fix it.
