- Barakiel respowin is now 4h+2h random
SKILLS :
- Blessing of eve reuse is now 15 min not more 25
- Prahnah have now reuse 360 sec no more 300
- Soul Barrier have now reuse 60 sec no more 45
- Buffs against cancel now work better ( lionerth , ud , paegrio emblem , chant of spirit ecc )
Talisman
White Talisman of Protection is now 90% protection no more 100%
White Talisman of Bravery boosted power
White Talisman of Motion boosted power
White Talisman of Grounding boosted power
White Talisman of Attention boosted power

So I guess the answer for the rest is "No" aswell.
Anti cancel buff should work on our servers too(you can test it and let me know since im not home atm). Other things not apply NM , generally all changes that are applied and tested are in annoucement section. Once i test all myself ill put them in changelog.

From guy who made test everything works execpt chant of spirit and arcane protection (quite low % chance so i guess ill have to increase it) but have to test myself of course 1st.
