Why You changed drop of so nice RB,
now again this rb is useless. No one will go now and waste about 2h for BBS or fail bcs out of instance time. Please incrase drop again :). Maybe not 100% vepser but dont give allways BBS. Its sh1t :P Even BEWS 100% can make this rb again atractive.
what was drop rate of this rb, and what was he droping? ;p
now 100% Basalt Battlehammer
was 2 much better weapon also 100%
but if compare Tiat instance to Baylor, Tiat is much easier and faster to kill. So for me S grade weapon isnt good drop for so nice but hard instance.
For normaln rb u nned wc/bd and dager to kill, here u need good seted party, and still u can fail.
baylor shouldn't drop any vesper weapon. mb was setted custom here or by missclick.
So u will have more free time to camp tiat :D

Yes easy, but there is 1 diffrence. To get to baylor u need collect 3 crystals each from diffrent rb and also few smaller quests to get to him. So its not so easy as u can think. For example tiat droping vesper or icarus weapons+fs always and killing tiat is just kill bunch of mobs and done, it takes max 1 hour(whole action). Maybe drop was setted wrong coz Baylor was droping 2 vesper weapons each kill. I vote to make his drop similiar too Tiat drop, it shouldnt be so hard for our GM's.

many of rb shouldnt drop even dyna, and they do
there is a way large difrence between drop dinasty, and vesper.
