Read what they wrote, Dynamic rates means they will decrease everytime you level up.

I just dont wanna open new topic so ill put my question here,

How many actives can u have? I mean active augumented buffs, and passives in weapons.

Everything retail, so I guess enchant rate : 66% Figher/33% Mage weapons.
As for augments I never understood what active and passive buff...I just know that you can have only 1 augment in a weapon and use it.

On retail success enchant rate is 66,(6)% (2/3) for everything.

True, exp rate will decrease dependently on your level, but what will be highest exp rate? It can be dynamic, but it can be like from 10x to 1x or from 50x to 1x. I would rather to know what will be difference between 1-40, 40-70, 70-80, etc.

With static rates you can exactly know how much adena you will have at witch lvl.
With dynamic exp rates and static adena drop (which will be rather low i think, to match high lvl gameplay) some strange situations may happen.
I mean, exp rates from lvl 1 to 40 will be rather high (at least i think so), but adena drop will remain unaffected, so it may be like we will have 100k Adena at lvl 40, where simple teleport to town costs 20k, shadow c weapon ~100k, etc. Maybe we will have to go from town to town by foot like in old times, just to save money ^^
This really grinds my gear.
Give us open beta! :D

Oh, the old times, when people would give their lives for an avadon boots or blue wolf tunics on Nightmare and only the richest had A sets with S weapons...
