Title: Party rate

I read whole announcement and forum, but I could not find information about rate in a party. I know that will be dynamic rate, but what will be rate if you have someone in party? If you exp with someone it will be 1x/1.5x/2x or it will be like in H5 so more people in pt = more exp?
