Skills you learn at guilds or church depend from class,same goes for class change. 1st and 2 nd profession will be buyable prolly at gludio grocery shop(cheap). 3 rd class ofc quest with varka,700 mobs etc <3 xD

autolearn/autopickup/free horn on all chars/auto-noblesse and 3rd after 76 lvl for all !!
ah!and i forgot about safe enchant to +16..

if they are some pvp zone with raid and fast xp at low lvl u get 20 first lvl really fast auto learn skill can be nice
and auto pickup is on if i read well

Because there is something called SP. Ever heard of that? It plays major role on low rate servers, where people need to sacrifice certain skills in order to aquire ones at later levels.
