Why just don't do it as on x15 now? Turn on/off from command?
ps. maybe make a topic 'do you want th/glad/wl/tyr/des nerfed or let players have fun on classes they like' xD

It's yet another step away from retail, but I guess we all can agree we're too comfortable to refuse this opportunity to ease our game ;D Voted /yes myself :)

Indeed, I could sign myself under this argument as well.
This can be easily solved by "stacking" problematic items, including:

  • Spellbooks
  • Life Stones
  • Possibly Enchant Scrolls

As an orthodox opponent of anything custom, this is something even I can "digest" easily :)

I see, thanks. Well in my opinion, this question plays a big role in decision about autopickup, maybe it should be decided concurrently :)

So, considering what majority of people thinks, best package would be:

-AutoPickup enabled
-Option to disable AutoPickup by command
-AutoPickup doesn't work for RB
-Items like life stones, enchants, spell books take up 1 place per type

Picking up 62334345 drops is one of most borring things in l2 but no autopick up have one major advantage, improves teamplay. On many spots ppl dont pickup drops to kill more mobs for faster exp, but seeing a lot of not picked up adena and possible fulldrops motivate them to take someone for pick up, mostly some kind of support. Instead of boxed buffbot.
Voted for auto pickup anyway xD

Autopickup only for mobs, no for any kind of raid bosses.

So i can decide about pickup:

- Range (of course we will use default, so avoid "duck" pickup effect)
- I can exclude drop from Raids to be auto pickup
- I can exclude auto pickup from players who dropped items (PKer aka)

For .on/.off i have to check and ill inform you.

And when they aren't motivated enough, casual/new/lowlvl players just travel out to woa or smthing, and get rich in 2 hours. :D (my daily routine for a short time if I start on a server which is running for some months already :D) Once a friend found a Valakas necklace on the ground in Blazing Swamp as well, so I voted NO! :D
