Dont remember if was interlude but my SPS/ES had 2.2 in the past, c4 or early interlude, not sure

Right now 2100 vs 1500 (cast/atck.sp)
We tested raising values and i can tell you some of the mages dont even have the animation for the skill using how fast is. It means fighters wouldnt be able even to approach mages and dead already. Current rates are most balanced and used everywhere, and if im not wrong Its the off setup.

in interlude was no caps for both of this and making caps should be balanced but pls dont cap acc/eva/speed, fighters have to be faster since there are no rushes nor shadow steps...

agree, remeber that old aod member got 2,7 cast on sps/ee :p

I remember atk speed 2600 on sr, but it was on hb client.

All of the speeds you wrote upper are simply rudiculous to have, especially when you want to balance something and not to make pvps lasting ~2sec and sps godlike.

Well. Everybody will have the same, non-capped, stats so it's all depends on ours reaction time. On the old interlude there wasn't any cap and nobody even QQ for it =P Moreover, clean, fullbuffed sps (w/o hero zerk, with malaria) got 2k cspeed. So enjoy the game sps/es ^^'

Problem is on such casting speed you cant even react , its absurd! You will be able to enjoy your class dont worry.
Anyway we wont dicuss about this matter anymore since we wont disblance the game with ridiculous casting.
