After killing golky, who will get the quest Horn? Is there a dropable horn too?
Will it be the party which did the last hit or random participant of the raid?
Or any other mechanics?
the quest horn will be random in the party who hits the last hit
last hit pt, so if this pt has "fk" it will go to the hiter, if random it will be randomly distributed to one of the "last hitting pt" member
