I've played a lot with mixed up party, I mean really, sps/ee, he/wk, nec/pp, sr/sws, sh/se, sh/bd, wc/ty etc, it was chaotic, but we always managed to get everyone in decent buffs within the party. It doesn't really matter, if you enjoy the game. Sometimes we failed, sometimes we owned, that's the game. People are trying to maximize, trying to be 'pro', trying so hard for perfection, they forget how to relax and enjoy.
