1. I want ask what is land rate for blows couse if i remember from old dn interlude was smth like 40%. On new server will be same?
2. Dmg from blows is sux like was? i mean on last interlude.
3. What about of full lethals?
Best way to check if files are L2OFF or L2J were trough damage from dagger blows. If the files are really L2OFF as advertised then dagger should be able to 1-2 hit most of classes (on similar levels and eq). If he hits 900 dmg on DC robe with SS+CD that means the files are wreck.
It will not sucks, and it will not be OP.
It will be... balanced :)
Thats what we want.
If daggers can kill mages in 1-2 hits, then he must die also in 1-2 hit by a mage. ANd i assume this is bad, since mages have 900 range :)
On IL times daggers were kinda good. At least on x5 we had good daggers :)
on dnet IL daggers were good for 5 days after moving to IL, then they nerfed it adn became shit with full lethal sometimes

well at IL i did 2 shoot kill mages only at back ... also i wasnt some jedi mastah aka fi star wars team :D i was poor he/wk with db+5+f with baium and qa :) but ive got a lot of time message to nearest town after 2 casts when i face some mage with 100% wm agu (that was pretty common at those times)
about the daggers ... the good daggers we had manage to kill mages easy cause of the trick/switch mostly the second the dager was at 600 range the mage was dead (im talking for the experienced dagger players ofc)
Any way that was while i was still playing here and also those were the situations which i was witnessing :D

on x5 it working long time. In me clan play 1 TH ( some of ppl remember Endzik ) and his lethals works fine. And its should works like that.
It was only way to kill tank. But important thing: instant kill CANT WORK ON CELESTIAL.

endzik was aw/sk to begin with. And I played some oly with aw/bd, rolled those infinity th/pps like a babies so sorry, I don't buy your shit xD and tank became a tank in HB, in IL it was still weak

wrong, endzik play as TH/PP and he was mine clan member.
BTW: u know that endzik play on x5 and u on x15? XD
Playing on x15 didn't prevent me to make hero on x5 with my aw/bd tard xd

There was never aw/bd hero on Interlude times on Infinity... :) Maybe on later chronicles, after I stoped playing.

gm's we all w8ing for answer
damage of th skills depends on critical damage buffs, aq, dances,cov, etc. When i was full buffed (dragon x15,th/pp as+cd+20 aq,baium) i can kill sps/ee from 1-2 blows if hit with back or side....
But in same time mages with wm agu and full buff give me 2 mage crit one by one and sometimes i eaven cant get 600 range to trick/swich.... So its balanced i think....
like everyone were running with as+20 xd
Speaking of daggers' damage and saying it is insane means absolutely nothing really. That's what the class was supposed to do all in all. The class has 0 defensive mechanisms in l2off clients and is easily killed either by being slowed /stunned or anything while it doesn't have those options,but only the damaging ones. F.e. Most of the mage classes have debuffs that can totally wreck a dagger (slows/paralyses/rots)etc. Tanks can just ignore their damage as it's just like a scratch on the back for them,and archers can kite them for the most part,only problem they get is when daggers pop on mirage and UE.Makes no sense to talk about the damage,we must see the whole picture not just 1 pixel of it. :o
P.s. Most of the classes that aren't daggers on the stacksub server are ranged (mages/archers) and the ones that are mellee are usually orcs who pretty much don't have any problem dealing with them ,or tanks *kitty scratch*. :P

Why? Daggers will suck on the server after this DN balance. And TH's blow land rate was suck as always.

Sadly you keep avoiding answers. ^Artur^ made some unofficial tests, he copied me results and they clearly show that for daggers you use old IL files, which is PURE bullshit. So maybe be so kind and say something about topic, not about one stupid post in PL.

You are becoming wiser and wiser every year, at least DN fort-fill its own education side as well , +1! We dont favourise any of the classes , its jut the correctly balanced, furthermore it means you wont see any BIG DMG nor low dmg. I cant now go trough all details , nor have time right now to be honest, but yesterday was something like
damage was going from 1,5~2k / backstab ~ lethals do higher damage ; backstab a little bit lower/Lethals lands pretty much alright not often not rare / we tested vs necro/pp without TP on ; all the skills were +0 , all items were +0 , full buffed (including everything) , and without tattoos . This is as far as ill go with damage explanations because we simply don't have time right now for doing it, and i repeat again damage is balanced generally and we pretty much covered and predicted most of the situations and combinations, of course we are all humans and can make possible mistakes.

The summon will absorb 40% in TP.
You nerfed deflect arrow, now tp will be op.
Nothing changed except th/tank is useless with -20% blow land rate.

How can you say such a false statement? TH= great damage, great switching skills, mirage ,dash, stealth / Tank= hard as rock . If you expected gameplay like this: stealth, dash, go behind his back , 1 button = DEAD, i truly apologize then.

Honestly, I don't mind these dd/tank nerfs at all. I love tanks, they are incredibly useful at sieges, mass pvps, raids(well, depending on land rate of agro/hate), but I'm tired of dagger/tanks, archer/tanks and mage/tanks everywhere. These characters should be a niche, not the standard. Tanks still can be useful with summoner or support subs and paladin/warlord for example will be as strong as ever, while you still have the option to sub your healer/dd/nuker to tank if you are willing to accept the downsides of it.
You'll still want an archer/tank in your archer party, you'll still want a tank/anything(even th for example) in your fighter party and you will still consider tank sub for your healers to keep them alive longer. Yet, as I said, IN MY OPINION, xx/tank that is not actually played as a tank should be a niche, NOT the standard.
Basically, I am really happy with these changes and while I understand that people don't accept changes easily, the negativity in the last few days was WAY over the top.
I'm not too happy about the enchant rate change, but with the -25% pvp damage it's acceptable, other than that, I'd say the blance changes are pretty much reasonable.

Th always the worst dagger at blow land rate. Mirage works after 1 hit so archers and nukers have to retarget after 1 hit if it works. Switch/trick works in 600 range so if you dont die in 700-1000 range.
I just remember those c4 times when th/pp died after 2-3 mcrit or 3-4 archer shots.
But the mass pvp situationn cant be test with few ppl and in every situation use ne/pp without tp and he doesnt fight back.
I just want to see this 'hard as rock' part.
For every char we ask you say 'we tested on nec/pp, damage was 1.5-2k' wtf nec/pp is some trendsetter to test everything on it? If it'll really be like 2k damages then it's fine, quite good balance. But there's other thing - if I land 6 blows out of 20 then gooood luck.
