Just to make it clear and avoid future flame:
Please dont compare so much Tarantula to Dragon IL. This is new server with new features and many different solutions. I am really happy to see "old" players coming back to us after many years, but dont tread this server as Dragon IL reborn.
I own hopes that it will be better than old dragon no mutants no weapon +++ :)
yup especially mutants freaked up game balance and spoiled the fun

S_recipes exists only by the quest (1200mobs), but i will work on the implementation of them in some high lvl areas. You will be informed about it in time.
