As there will be 20 slots +4 books i strongly recomend to make it 24 +4 as we will get skills also from sub.
In my eyes thats how it supossed to be when disco+cov will take half of slots. And plz dont tell me about to manage own slots. As there wont be even place for 3rd class skils or UD at substack server. Not to mention some1 playing fighter/mage hybrid

Maybe they can set UD, UE, Celestial and all those 'few seconds buffs' to not use Buff Slot.
I vote for YES and more likely what necropsy said. Just leave D/S and all other high buffs like COV and summoners buffs on different slot than the actual buffs like from PP or WC. We find ourselves hard to maintain buff slots on normal servers, yet I can't imagine it here with stack subs. Not a big differences tho, since there won't be any custom pots anymore. Think about it! :)
