1. 25% dmg reduction will be applied at oly also ?

2. self recharge will work on oly ?

2) yes (*self recharge is reduced, read changelog)

You cant choose dmg reduction to be applied in separated sections of the game. All or none only.

if we talk about oly - there will be class based or just non-based olympiad? you keep original form 1/3 pts loss/gain?

How about a buff on every1 while inside oly that increase pvp dmg by 25% ?

Short question:
If i start as Pal and do sub PP, will i be able to get hero as PP or as a class i start form only (pal)?

You will be able to get hero on the class you are at the moment that the olympiads ends.
So you can chose PP or Pala.

Probably Pala/PP it one of the best Paladin combo for oly :)
