What is the best program to record? Fraps?
Is it normal that 1 minute of recording = 1GB? :D

Yup thats what fraps does.
Try recording with Half-size instead of Full-size.

You'll have to convert it to MP4 format, although with half-size I think the quality will be shitty so try both, record a video on half-size , another video on full size and convert both of them to MP4 and see results (video quality + size).
