When i want take buffs in Newbie Guide , he told that i am 75 lvl + and i am no need buffs , but i am 10 lvl
Newbie protect dont give too
pls help

Is your first or second char?

Only first chars are considered "newbie"

First char was test-tvink , now i have second char on that acount

i have chars in dragonx15 im not newbie?
