Who get drop on quest golky? last hit, or ppl who made most dmg?

Not sure about normal though, but iirc the party with the most damage geta to pick up the drop first.

Quest golky should be like Barakiel - last hit get quest item.

ToI Golky is normal raidboss - most dmg pick up drops, get horn.
