So, i was spoiling Hobgoblin in need of some Coal/Mithril Ore and at a certain point i was level 27 and Hobgoblin is level 21 and i didn't sweep anything from it.
Here's some Math(if im wrong please correct me and if levels change rates can someone tell me how ):
Coal 1/3 rate = [0.33(3)]*5.99(i was level 27)=1.996(6)=199,6% Spoil Rate.
Im confused.
And here's some screens:

^Shows that i was hited by hobgoblin, killed, and swept.

^Here shows no loot on sweeper. And thread on drop :D
Does 6 Levels drop the Spoil/Drop rate that much? I think that arround 10 Levels of difference, the mobs became unspoilable(not sure). Can someone explain it to me, pretty please? :D
I remember when the server started, I manage to spoil SSD rec from the first mob at Abandoned Camp and the level difference was around 9 lvls.
Btw, this just happened to me once. I just want to know how it works or if there's something wrong with the rates.(i stoped spoiling Hobgoblins 1 minute after the prints).
Yes it does matter drastically.
After dynamic rates an item have maximum 99% spoil rate.
From that value is then applied the various modifiers (example: spoil's skill level difference vs monster)
