I get 20-30 crits like this every day after porting. pretty annoying...

Prolly your client is missing one or more vital files for running game or maybe one of your folders can be empty, check your systexture, animations, staticmeshes, texture if you found one of them empty remove completely L2 from pc and reinstal the game, if this dont solve, download a fresh L2 installer and be sure its a IL client.

Voodoo a BR guy got same problem and as i know he solved geting new drive card and reinstaled game, running like administrator and make game as compability mode whit win xp service pack 2.

Maybe you should search map in l2 folder and delete all files found -> start updater and do full chech or try to reinstall game..
