on old DN he/wk would be now i vote for bd/pr cuz of deflect arrow , UD also heavy , more p def and higher crit dmg. He/wk is good also since u have TP.

You should to read the change logs. Deflect arrow useless with bow or in robe.

U should re-read the change logs. BD has lvl 2 deflect arrow which doesnt reduce range and attack speed

I think not.
The penality of lv2 is just lower then lv4.
At least Track or Drake said it on some posts...
Should test it.

Read my quote xD he said those all scale except bow range, which is -25% lvl 1 or lvl 4
