Hello. I have this problem, if i push "Full Check" nothing happens. If i push "Start" i write acc/pass -> Enter -> nothing happens. I reinstalled game, reinstalled patch, same crap.

Tomorrow I will upload a full patch for who have those issues.

Anyway LST not found means two things:
a) Internet Explorer is in OFFLINE BROWSING mode. Just run IE and put it back from the FILE menu.
b) folder where you putted launcher have no write rights (so it cant download the LST file from the server and save it) (this is solved by changing permissions or run as administrator)

That option in IE is the cancer of windows (it destroys anything that uses Wininet APIs)
