120mins siege and you all act like 3min instead of MAYBE 5mins is big deal.

Yes it is big deal if you win with 10 sec before end with 180 sec skill casting instead of 300 sec, while others had to fight for it at 30 minutes before end to have a real chance with not a risk of casting it 5 or 3 minutes before end of siege.
