everyplace i checked says it is on zaken boat..
but there is just "Vale Master" upside and downside..
Hello, yea there is in the end of devil isle, on ship/boat.
Respawn of Vale Master is connected to respawn of Crimson Vale Master, so simply start killing vale masters and crimson ones will respawn
