+11 = +10 +80kk = wt+6 = 260kk
edit: i might have said stuff i regret now, still if you dont like my offer then dont take it and go look for buyers until you find someone desperate or stupid enough to let himself be ripped off by your ridiculous prices.

im still wondering what were you thinking when you started flaming an offer on an item you arent selling or buying. and to make it even more classy, you still havent even stated your own price.
also there is no market for hom>7 because there are so few of them, that people either keep them or try selling them for ridiculous amounts, like you, if you even have one.
all it comes down to is an agreement between two parties, im offering a fair price here, even told you in detail how i came to that price. you might be able get another 10-20kk out of me, but if you insist that the price of hom10 = price of mj set, then im simply not the buyer youre looking for.
