I´m Plains Walker lvl 59 and on lvl 58 i should get passive critical chance lvl 4 but as you can see on screenshot it didn´t happen... any idea why this happen?

there should be lvl 4 but there is nothing... there was all other skills but critical chance is missing

Critical Chance lv4 does not even exists until GF/H5....
