Hello,
i have a spolier yesterday i reach lvl 49 and i went to take skills a useally.I notice that the npc didn't give me heavy armor mastery.I also notice at my pasive skills that i have armor mastery 17 lvl (lvl 17-18-19 heavy armor mastery is at skills of 43lvl char).So what is the problem?I only at my char or the problem is general with all spoilers.

I check my main char he also have less armor mastery than normally.Is it a mode that you make at the server in general.
