I don't think it is coming anytime this year.
Last approximate date from GM was yesterday/today. Previous was like months ago.
Maybe they will make it happens when the frist heroes shows up ( i hope) :)
It seems they dont want to make a "BIG" impact on economy and characters progression making avaliable the premium horns and others stuffs (...) before the frist heroes come.
