When you are on the HE stat you will get light and evasion mastery from HE and robe, heavy arm. Masteries from pp.
(Based on last known info from drake.)
afaik light armor mastery, light armor evasion mastery, light armor atck./cast. speed mastery are all different skills and you should have all of them no matter on which stats you are.

Yes
He/pp have heavy mastery from PP. But doesnt worth using heavy.
To clarify, you will only get the PDef part of the Heavy Armor mastery. Not the attack/casting speed boost in HE mode.
