And fix the damn Recharge Debuff(FIX it in the way it doesnt DEBUFFS and TAKES the damn buff slot - although I also think that the nerf is damn high)

not all clan halls are supposed to have access to S grade elixir recipes.
let me explain it to you, as simple as i can :)
Every "siegeable" CLAN HALL, when conquered by some clan,in the "item creation" menu found at the NPC (buffs, teleports etc.) contains recipes for different elixirs (B to S) grade. Our current clan hall (Devastated Castle) should, no MUST sell Elixirs "S" grade.
