there are a good and great option in l2 for search partys and people there is a party matching !! use it if u dont know where is that use alt+c and click the icon near dismiss or use the command /partymatching it will help u alot !!!

good way or is it working? cus i dont think so... u can rely with ur box, but almost impossible making partys without clan!
Apart from Waiting List is not working properly, the function is working as a good point for looking for party.
