Title: Golkonda Shards

I got shards from Golkonda (DE) today. The item say's i need to exchange them @ Astral in Ivory Tower. When i click the option "Exchange horn shards", it does nothing. No response (action) and the shards are still there. Not sure if its bugged or i need to go somewhere else first. Charname: NeverBackDown

Just tried it on my retail (on wich i gained the shards). Here it say's i need 3rd and 76. Why can't i use it on my main? (Wich is 3rd and 76)

Same here lvl 79 and if i press trade shards for horn nothing happens
