You are right. I don't have power to access . I report to Track and Drake. But fixing the bug without server access I can. So if I said we are investigating that means problem is for now unknown and we try find and fix it.

Hello, i do understand. So you can't restart the login server? I tought most of time it was just a simple click for reboot and its up and running again?

i guess, 5-12 years ago it was. so i think that's not changed (about the 2 servers) anyway i think there are more servers then 2, 1 login, 1 data, 1 geo etc.

I don't think so, but it may be possible.
Files have to be properly prepare for this, because geodata is built into the gameserver.
But here geodata suck hard, a lot of vague, falling into a texture near stones, not visible figures in the corners(Cata).
I am surprised that the server is started without beta testing: D
Maybe a few years ago this server was a beast, but now it does not even equal to the old frintezza(interlude).

As soon as i woke up i instantly contacted the data center since the issue is on their side, and yes since this is runned by a hardware failures are possible. They are working on it.

There are no more crashes and other things you mentioned, at least most of time not.

Should i remind you that we remain here 10 years without wipe and yet still alive after so many time passed, unlike others who goes up n down like flies.

So before trying to troll think about it, else ill just remove you from here since you came here only with that reason.

I dont wanna defend anyone but..1 thing i must say is..1 there reasons that makes me remain here is the fact i know this server will never get wiped...i remmeber in 2005 in school,people was saying "Dragon network just closed cuz of this and that" and drake got this sh1t back in murtachi tua,so one thing is true Zosia or Socia Ou socio ou a tua mae,1 thing is true..those servers will not get wiped,sad some bugs that happen but they are humans Zosia,dont get upset,smoke one like a did
