it takes less than half sec to cast the ice dagger, and yes it does damage!
Plus, it was very usefull to flag on one way war tags for the first 4 months of server. Clans such as FW, EB, Syndi, etc etc
About changing clan, i do not mind talkin about it and justify myself in front of everyone.
I spent 1month+ playing alone with 2 of my friends in FC.
Then i switched to Syndi, and i really enjoyed some of the people there, specially the portuguese crew as I am also portuguese. When the ally topic came up. There were 2 options, syndi+encalve or syndi+108dragons+FC.
I've played with enclave in many servers before, and my vote would go for them, even more since they left ally with exci. Kabally opted for FC and 108. So i decided that the best would be to leave and join Enclave.
Too bad the clan is now innactive, but i'm trying to get some good players in to stick to it.
1 thing i can tell you, i do not farm my pvp points on clan mates in goe, nor I farmed for 4 months w/o wars.

There aren't any capable ppl for pvp on this server anymore. Only carebears and wannabies.

Ive even caught u farming in fog with Syndi and FC!!! Ofc u farm well with wars :D
I only joined enclave cuz they stopped the ally with exci, otherwise I would still be in Syndi.. but thats another story.
