judjment too dont work when i have judjment curse in i can change my target
fear is working correctly

i tested on person on coliseum 20 trys noone lands
i tested on some afk unbuffed boxes in fog ;d
like 70% landed and they runned away until they meet wall ;)
dunno how vs buffed ppl
those boxes in fog are may be :-60 70 lvl chars test on char 79 + in coliseum
without buff dont land

ye boxes on fog lvl 60 :D and who would they kill in fog :))))
For exping chars in fog they must be 61 lvl +
