could u be more specific? whats wrong on it?
Just doesnt work at all ! PVE/PVP.... no matter what, it doesnt work
I try to use it and saying : Cannot be used due to unsuitable terms..... never see this before

this is interlude, u need 2 seeds for blizzard.
wth ?
1. find 2 sps
2. tell them use on u seed of water skill at same time
2. after it u have ~5 sec for cast blizzard.
