Blessed enchants are not atracktive for people all enchant everithing with normal enchants because have bigger chance.

if you change that Garden of Eve bosses will be more atracktive for all .Think about that

That was their plan. Make you weight between less chance of success but you dont loose your weapon VS higher chance of success but you might loose your weapon.

Its not about them being attractive or not.
