i check the monster list and that show alliance of splendor got it
but when i look in valley of saints there is nothing
was remove or is a bug?

What rate it says? Are you sure you are checking Tarantula and not Dragon?

Its not about the rate
Its about the mob alliance of splendor only spoil tallum blade recipe,look in the site it should spoil dc robe recipe too,
if I am wrong sorry,but i dont find another mob to spoil it,
