Check fear spell, i testing it and +0 vs full jaw, epic jaw go in 7/10. Something wrong i think

h5 is the chronicle of fear, dunno if it should land so often but its land rate always was so freaking high

Chances are correct by h5 off values.

We can argue later on about rate.
