1-st: How many windows i can run out of the town for exp/rb
2-nd: After this 6 hrs server will be opened only for GMs? When players can join for play without wipe

Hello Naabi,
1) Out of town 1main +2 boxes (thats global rule regardless raid or whatever) / Inside town unlimited.
2) Server will open today at 20:00 gmt+1 , already wiped and ready for players.
