When talking to Casian he simply says "Access is only possible when the road to Hellbound is open". From what i know in gracia the only quest needed to enter is "Path to hellbound". I hope we don't have to do Bird in a cage and That's Bloody Hot like in the old chronicles... :(

U need to finish baylor quests in order to enter hellbound. Once one group on server finish these quests, then the rest can finish Casian quests and go farm there.
