Title: Bug quest "The Finest Ingredients - Part 1"

My new char can not get Ice Crystal. Twice starts the quest, but the same result. Two different chars. Check pleaze.

Try kill few mobs more of each items, its happening very often.

The window with quest items need to despair to continue with quest, to do so, kill more mobs.
