for me reuse is to long on retail HB servers is much faster then here, why here is so long ?

Can you please show me which data you used to compare when said "on retail HB servers is much faster", because i have a feeling you are very wrong....

11 sek? Rly SO ur char is buged or my cuz on full buff i w8 39 sek to use dash 2end time for my its not normal is to long,

Reuse time depends of atk. spd. also reneval/champion song.
